Greetings all,

Our Baxter’s coach trip is approaching.  This has been a popular event and 40 members are joining in.  The number limitation relates to the Airport Center room capacity.  We have a waiting list of 8 members, so if your plans have changed please let me know asap (John Oksinski  0429133767), we may be able to arrange to substitute someone from the waiting list, otherwise we can’t offer refunds.   

 The coach will pick us up at Beecroft Station bus stop ‘211918’ – please arrive at 9:20 am as the coach will pull up right at 9:30 am and is only permitted to stop to pick up, then immediately depart (no waiting permitted).  So please be punctual, we would hate to have to leave anyone behind.   We know this is a busy school time at Beecroft and parking can also be a challenge, so please factor this into your plans.

 The fee you paid covers our day’s return coach hire and entry to the Western Sydney International Airport Experience Center (WSIAEC) (presentation and Q&A of around 45 to 60 minutes duration).   We then depart via the public perimeter roads completing a circuit of around 75% of the airport outer perimeter in the bus.  Lunch and drinks are then available at the Twin Creeks Golf Club Bistro (Bistro menu at your individual expense).   This will put a bit of pressure on the Club kitchen, but they are very welcoming.  We’ll have around 2 hours to enjoy their facilities.  A reminder that as this is a club, please bring your ID as I understand we need to sign in.

 The WSIAEC requires a visitor registration form (I will complete this in advance from our club records).  If you are willing to sign up to the WSI newsletter email please let me know by responding to this email, otherwise I will note ‘no interest’.
